Given by the pressure from the outside to feel the inner tension. These can not escape stress, can not resist, it appears naturally in the course of life. This is a story that stress is the main culprit, and mental health is damaged. However, all the stress is not only harmful. Stress can overcome these difficulties, and give the power to accomplish that goal, motivational bring vitality and life cycles.
I think stress depends on maintaining a positive outlook on life. Meditation, yoga, and relaxation techniques can lead a person to a stress-free life. Also, there is no point in getting stressed out about things you can not change. Don't be stressed out..!!!

I think you're right that stress can be motivational -- it can lead us to accomplish our goals. I hope you are taking your own advice, though, and using relaxation techniques to help you get through your stress about the placement exam.
