Cooking

These days, I am enjoying cooking like spaghetti and some Korean food.
I had never liked to cook anything even though it was so easy to cook. However, since the day when I cooked something for my friends, and their reactions were really cool for the food that I made, I guessed I started to be interested in cooking. Sometimes, I try to creat someting really delicious with my own recipe and urge my friends to eat it. Most of them usually like to eat what I cook, accordingly, I am happy when they give me some words of praise for the food.

My ex-Roommate

Yesterday, my ex-roommate visited my house.Her name is MiRan. She was my roommate before and we went to NCC college last semester. Last semester she failed the placement test so she decided to study TOEFLE. Now she lives in manhattan and studies TOEFLE. She is very special to me because she was my first roommate in the U.S. Also, she is my first real and deep friend here. I think I could live here more easily thanks to her. Whenever I need help or feel lonely she always being next to me. However, yesterday she visited my house. She try to come to my house one time a eveyweek. yesterday was more special because her mother sent some korean foods for her because she lives alone now so her mother worried about her management of foods. Anyhow, MiRan brought some foods that her mother sent. I appreciated so much. Even though the amount of foods is big or not, she think about me. I felt that we were family. So, MiRan, my roommate,and I, gethered in my house and we drank couple of wine with cheese together then went to the Kraoke (when we gether, we always go to the Karaoke evey time~). It was so great time.

My Mom

two hours ago, I called my mom. I always feel sad after I talked with mom on the phone. Today also it made me feel so sad. Actually, first my plan was that I will go to Korea this summer, but I am not sure I can go or not. So I told her about now my position because I will have to something important things this summer. I think she was disappointed that. I am so sorry about that, but I will try to go to Korea Because I also miss my family. However, I feel so sad so I couldn't sleep now..because I made my mom feel sad too.

The Birthday Party

Yesterday, 4-23, was my boy-friend's birthday. The day before yesterday, my 2 friends and I made a plan for my boy-friend's birthday, and decided to make him surprised. After finishing talking about it, I called my boy-friend and asked what he would do for his birthday. Also, I lied that I had to visit my friend because of her birthday, which meant I could not meet him on his birthday, and it included that my friend's birthday was more important. He was disappointed with me and said about his plans for tomorrow. Yesterday, after school my 2 friends and I went to my boy-friend's house as fast as we could and started decorating his house. At that time, we did not have a lot of time, so had to make everything accurately in a short time. Finally, he came back home and really surprised when he stepped into the house. We were really happy to see he was surprised. After that, we enjoyed the party with drinking, singing and dancing.

Having too much foods.....

Yesterday, I couldn't eat any foods at all until 6pm. I don't know why, I was just busy at that time... actually, I am on a diet these days, but i don't want to skip the food, but it couldn't handle myself because I didn't have enough time... However, Since 6pm, I started to eat too much... For example, I ate beef, pizza, rice, and other many kinds of foods at the same time.. I was too full, but I was so happy.. I know it is not good for my body because I ate too much food at once time.. but I don't regret that ^^

Play a Freesbee

Yesterday, I went to Central Park with my boyfriend and roommate. These days, the weather is very beautiful, so we desided to go central park. Going to the Manhattan is just special event to me. I didn't go there very often more than before because college is in Longisland. However, before we go to the central park we brought a camera and freesbee. I have never played a freesbee. This was my first time, but I think I did very well. My roommate was afraid of the speed of ball, so we played that only me and my boyfriend. it was very great time. Also, so many cherry blossoms are opened. It was so spectacular. Thus, I want to suggest you guys should go there at this season~!!!

How beautiful today

Today is beautiful.. When I finished class I felt that I want to go anywhere .. so I decided to go Central park with my boy friend, but he had to work in the library so now I am waiting for him in the library. These days I couldn't concentrate on my studying especially at noon.. because weather is so beautiful so I want to enjoy these days weather.. Of courese I try to focus at my studting for preparing the placement test and actually I am doing that but today I have to go outside and will enjoy the weather. i believe that It will help me feel better and getting the stress from the placement test much less than before... I want to say that I am not postpone my studying .. I will study at night after I enjoyed weather at noon..

My Roommate's Source of Trouble

These days, my roommate has been confused with her plans between going back to Korea and transfering to another school of up-state NY; I do not want her to be estranged from me or move out here, where we are living together. She has not said to me anything about the reasons yet, but I guessed the biggest reason was probably that she did not think that she approached speeking in English as well as she was supposed to up to now because of the fact that there are a lot of Korean in New York City. I hope that she does not go to another city.

My Friend's Birthday

Yesterday was my friend's birthday. We, my three friends and I, had a small birthday party for her. First, after school, we gathered and went to Flushing to eat Korean B.B.Q and drink. However, the party was not what we were supposed to have because all of us were really tired, and two of us were on a diet, which meant they did not want to eat much food. Finally, we went back home much earlier than when we were supposed to be back home. Also, She did not seem happy yesterday; we were so sorry about that.

Shopping~

Today, i think about between shopping with friends and shopping alone.This is because I shopped some clothes alone today. I think shopping with friends is better than shopping alone. One benefit of shopping with friends is that it gives me an opportunity to spend time together while getting things done. When I lived in Korea and had a job, my friends and I were too busy to see each other often, so spending a few hours together at the mall was a great opportunity to chat and catch up on news. Another reason is that my friends gave me their honest opinions about items I wanted to buy. I couldn't always trust salespeople, but my friends told me if the clothes i was tryng on didn't look good or if the Mp3 player I wanted wasn't a good value.

The Switzerland

I think the country I'd most like to visit is Switzerland. First of all, the scenery in Switzerland is extremely beautiful. In particular, I want to hike up the mountains and enjoy the view from the top. It is sure to be spectacular. Second, I'd like to try some of Switzerland's unique foods. I'd love to taste their world-famous cheeses, such as swiss cheese. In addition, I want to sample their many kinds of chocolate, which is one of my favorite foods.
