What is the stress ?

Given by the pressure from the outside to feel the inner tension. These can not escape stress, can not resist, it appears naturally in the course of life. This is a story that stress is the main culprit, and mental health is damaged. However, all the stress is not only harmful. Stress can overcome these difficulties, and give the power to accomplish that goal, motivational bring vitality and life cycles.

I think stress depends on maintaining a positive outlook on life. Meditation, yoga, and relaxation techniques can lead a person to a stress-free life. Also, there is no point in getting stressed out about things you can not change. Don't be stressed out..!!!

Be scared at placement test

Yesterday, I could not sleep because of the placement test. I am already worried about that. I am also thinking about that if I'll fail again, that feeling will be terrible. Of course, I have to prepare the test and study hard. However, sometimes it is hard to do. This is because I might not be sure how much I should be studying for a subject. Some people might say that grades are not useful for encouraging students to study harder. However, it is clear to me that the testing mechanism helps students to try harder. This is because competing for grades helps students learn more and grades help students to measure themselves. I think that opinion is true. It is also true that getting nearer to the test allows me to tremble. However, I really want to pass the test. It is one of my all classmates' dreams. I hope that we will pass all. Let's do our best and pass the test~!!!!

Introducing my friend.

I have a friend named MIRAN, who is quite special to me. MIRAN is younger than me. We were classmates in last semester, and have been best friends ever since. She is special because makes the biggest jokes, and makes all the friends laugh. And because of that we have become the friends' favorite duo in class. Another thing is that she is always there when I need her, someone I can depend upon. Some of my classmates who were the same class in last semester know MIRAN. However, I introduced her because the last of March is her birthday. I want her will be happy that day and I am preparing some special parties but I have no idea yet. So, if you guys have some ideas, leave the comments or give me some advice..ok?

My Opinion

I prefer small class lecture to large class. The first reason is that small class gives students much warm and friendly atmosphere. For instance, in small class, because a teacher knows students' name, the strength and weakness in their learning, the learners feel more comfortable and motivated by frequent interactions between the teacher and students. On top of that, students in small class get more chances to socialize. By mingling outside the class, student will learn not only the class course but other information and social network which might be significant in their life.

The Most Memorable Place

I have ever visited is the New York Yankees Stadium in the Bronx.
First of all, visiting the stadium was one of my dreams when I was in high school. I loved watching games. When I got into the stadium and sat on the stand. I felt that my dream was coming true. Also, I could not forget ant tiny memories of the feelings and atmosphere I experienced there. All seats were taken and most people were wearing the Yankees' uniform and hats. Whenever the team got hits or scored, they stood up and cheered. I still remember vividly, the size of the stadium and the energy that fans gave off.

Birthday Party

March, 14 was my roommate's birthday. The date was already the past but I have to tell and want to share my stories. This is because we spent our time having fun and had so special event at that time. I wanted offer to her surprise party so, my friends and I thought about limousine party. We started to prepare that we called the limousine company and check the my roommate's schedules. ((We can take the limousine for 3 hours (it's a minimum) , we can choose the places wherever we want, and we can do the party in there. )) However, there was some probloms. I thought that she wouldn't work that day but she had to work so, we had to change the time and place and then she change the time schedule so, we changed the time again.....something like that...we had to change the limousine schedules as many as four times.

Finally, we made her surprise party successfully. She didn't know anything before she saw the limousine and even thought about it. We spent most time so much fun in the limousine, and went to famous places by it. Thanks to her we had very valuable experiences and I can still image at that time vividly. I will never forget that day.
